Passage 1

Food in Hong Kong

People like having dim sum in restaurants. There are many famous dishes such as barbecue pork buns, mango puddings and turnip cakes. If you like sweet food, you can try some red bean soup. It is a common dessert in Chinese restaurants. If you like crispy food, you can try some spring rolls. They are delicious but eating too many is not good for our health.

In Hong Kong, there are many restaurants that serve other Chinese food besides dim sum, such as xiaolongbao and Peking duck, which are popular Shanghai and Beijing foods. Many tourists love them.
